Contract Administration
To ensure quality control throughout the construction process, we carry out regular site inspections and attend weekly PCG’s with the project team and builder.
We provide the client with regular progress reports and, where necessary, supply additional information and details to the builder.
On completion of construction stage we carry out a defects inspection and attend any follow up inspections of remedial works.
