Design development
We refine the project brief and design, incorporating input from our project engineers.
Once all the elements of the design are approved by the client, we organise the planning approvals and meet with the specialist project consultants. Samples are prepared in the form of mood boards. These allow the client to see and understand the specified treatments, colour schemes and accessories that are proposed. We also arrange fly through 3D animations of the remodelled space and, on request, a physical model of the finished project.
